Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: May 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and AI Auto SEO ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
AI Auto SEO is a hosted software product that runs a semantic SEO pipeline (competitor analysis, topical mapping, keyword clustering, site architecture, content briefs, execution and reporting) and pushes the resulting outputs to your connected Shopify or WooCommerce store. We may add, modify or retire features over time. We will give reasonable notice before retiring any feature you actively rely on.
2. Account & eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction).
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any actions taken under your account.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access at security@aiautoseo.com.
3. Subscriptions, fees & refunds
- Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are listed on the Pricing page. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; existing paid terms remain unchanged.
- You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Free plan: permanent free access to one project — no card required, no time limit.
- Starter plan 7-day trial: full access for 7 days with no card required. Pay $20 one-time before day 7 ends to keep lifetime access; otherwise the account reverts to the Free plan automatically.
- 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month: email billing@aiautoseo.com.
- Beyond the first month, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Overages (e.g. content briefs above your plan limit) are billed at the rates published on the Pricing page.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or distribute illegal, deceptive, defamatory, harassing or infringing content.
- Build sites or pages designed to deceive search engines or users (cloaking, hidden redirects, large-scale doorway pages, etc.).
- Mass-spam content that violates Google's, Shopify's or WooCommerce's terms.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
- Use the Service to compete directly with us by reselling its raw output as a similar SEO automation tool.
- Connect stores or properties you do not own or have permission to manage.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with notice where reasonable.
5. API usage
- API access is included on the Enterprise plan and may be added separately on lower plans.
- API requests are subject to per-minute and per-day rate limits documented in the developer portal.
- You may not share API keys outside your organisation. Each key must be tied to a single environment.
- We may revoke keys engaged in abusive patterns (excessive errors, scraping behaviour, denial-of-service-style traffic).
6. Customer data & ownership
- You retain all rights to your project content, store data and any output the Service generates for you.
- You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that data solely as necessary to operate the Service for you.
- We do not use your data to train models. We may use aggregate, de-identified telemetry to improve the Service.
7. Third-party platforms
The Service integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Google APIs and various LLM providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by each platform's own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or data losses on those platforms.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability and target 99.5% monthly uptime (99.9% on Enterprise with an SLA). Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance. The Service is provided "as is" except as expressly stated in a signed Enterprise SLA.
9. Disclaimers & SEO results
SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control — competition, search-engine algorithm changes, your store's existing technical health, your content quality, market timing, and your willingness to publish what the pipeline produces. We make no guarantee of specific rankings, traffic or revenue. Examples and case studies are illustrative, not promises.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (b) content you publish via the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, fraud, or non-payment, with reasonable notice when feasible.
- On termination, your access ends and your data is purged according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email and on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or the jurisdiction stated in your signed Enterprise order form). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
